The invention discloses a preparation method of mullite powder with high sintering activity. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing mullite precursor xerogel by adopting a sol-gel method; s2, carrying out ball milling treatment on the mullite precursor xerogel; and S3, calcining to obtain the mullite powder with high sintering activity. According to the method, the nano or submicron mullite powder can be obtained, the sintering activity of the mullite powder is remarkably improved, and the densification temperature of the mullite ceramic is reduced by 200 DEG C or above.
本发明公开了一种高烧结活性莫来石粉体的制备方法,包括:S1、采用溶胶‑凝胶法制备莫来石前驱体干凝胶;S2、对莫来石前驱体干凝胶进行球磨处理;S3、煅烧,得到高烧结活性莫来石粉体。所述方法能够得到纳米或亚微米级的莫来石粉体,显著提升莫来石粉体的烧结活性,使得莫来石陶瓷致密化温度降低200℃以上。
