The invention belongs to the technical field of paint, and particularly relates to a water-based organic silicon high-temperature-resistant anticorrosive paint and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing a plurality of selected different raw materials to prepare a solution, adjusting the pH value of the solution, and performing sieving to finally prepare the high-temperature-resistant anticorrosive paint. A rolling brush frame is rotatably connected to a first rotating roller through a rotating shaft; an adsorption layer is attached to the outer surface of the first rotating roller; a circular groove is formed at a center line position on the inner wall of the first rotating roller; first sliding grooves are evenly formed on the inner wall of the first rotating roller; each first sliding groove is internally connected to a first sliding block in a sliding mode through a spring; and a first through slot is formed in each first sliding block. Theinvention mainly aims to solve the problems of environmental pollution, combustion explosion risk, brittle paint film and easy cracking in solvent-type organic silicon high-temperature-resistant anticorrosive paint which is commonly applied at present.
