The invention discloses a ballastless track cutting structure, a ballastless track cutting system and a ballastless track cutting construction method for an expansion-shrinkage deformation foundation.The cutting structure comprises an enlarged foundation, deformation adjusters and a bearing device. The bearing device is arranged at the upper ends of the deformation adjusters, the deformation adjusters are fixedly connected with the top of the enlarged foundation, the deformation adjusters are arranged in the length direction of the rail at intervals, and the deformation adjusters are used fordiscovering deformation under the action of external force so as to allow the bearing device to move upwards or downwards. The cutting system adopts a cutting structure; the construction method is used for constructing a cutting system. The foundation is enlarged, so that large concentrated force transmitted by the deformation adjustors can be effectively diffused into the foundation; when the unfavorable deformation amount of the foundation exceeds the ballastless track requirement, the bearing device is driven by the deformation adjusters to move upwards or downwards to adjust the height ofthe foundation, so that the requirement for vertical deformation is met, the safety of a ballastless track railway is improved, and the ballastless track railway has good economical efficiency.
