The invention discloses a reinforcement structure of an anti-slide pile of a landslide in a highly seismic area and a construction method. The reinforcement structure includes the anti-slide pile arranged on a landslide body and anchoring parts located on the upper side of the landslide body, wherein a widening structure is arranged in the position, located on the upper side of the landslide on the sliding surface, of the anti-slide pile, one side of the widening structure is located above the sliding surface, the other side of the widening structure is located below the sliding surface, the widening structure is provided with stiffening ribs, the stiffening ribs are arranged in the height direction of the widening structure in a penetrating mode, and the anchoring parts are connected to the widening structure. By using the reinforcement structure, the anti-slide pile near the sliding surface is provided with the widening structure, the stiffening ribs are embedded, the widening structure can increase the shear-bearing capacity of the anti-slide pile, and the stiffening ribs can greatly increase the anti-bending capacity of the anti-slide pile, so that the most unfavorable positionof the anti-slide pile is strengthened under a strong earthquake. The anchoring parts can enhance the anti-slide capacity of the anti-slide pile, and thus the project investment can be saved; and thearrangement of the widening structure increases the construction space of the anchoring parts, and the fast and convenient construction of the anchoring parts can be realized.
