The invention provides an automatic energy-saving water shower head. The automatic energy-saving water shower head comprises a shower nozzle and a main water pipe, wherein a water temperature sensingdevice and a water temperature dispersion device are arranged in the main water pipe, and a branch water pipe is further arranged on the main water pipe. The main water pipe is further connected witha water tank, and a water tank valve, a water temperature sensing device and the water temperature dispersion device are connected with a controller. With the adoption of the structure, the cold waterpart which is needed to be released in advance can be saved, and the water-saving purpose is achieved.

一种自动节能出水淋浴头，包括喷头和主水管，所述的主水管内设有水温感应装置和水温分散装置，主水管上还设有支水管。主水管还与水箱连接，水箱阀门、水温感应装置和水温分散装置均与控制器连接。通过采用上述结构，能够节约事先需要放出的冷水部分，达到节水目的。
