The present invention is characterized by comprising: a head body which has a water supply line connected to one side and a through-mounting hole formed such that a user's hand can pass therethrough; an ejection unit which is formed in the head body and has one or more ejection holes for discharging supply water; a connection line which is installed in the head body and connects the water supply line and the ejection unit; and an opening/closing unit which is installed on the connection line and regulates the supply of the supply water to the ejection unit through the connection line. The opening/closing unit is provided with: a button part which is installed on one side of the head body so that the user can manipulate the supply of the supply water; and a valve part which, in conjunction with the button part, regulates the supply of the supply water to the ejection unit. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a water-saving hands-free shower head that a user can wear on the user's hand to wash a pet or an infant while freely using both hands.
