The problems that the access hole is exposed to the outside for a long time when the power distribution cabinet is not used, aging and short circuit of the access hole are likely to happen in burning sun or heavy rain, and electric shock hazards are likely to be caused when the access hole is exposed to the outside for a long time are solved.
