The invention discloses a method for producing general cement clinker by partially replacing an iron correction raw material with fly ash. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, blending and mixing 99.0-99.6% of Portland cement raw material and 0.4%-1.0% of fly ash, and placing the mixture into a raw material homogenizing silo; drying and pre-decomposing the raw material through a preheater with a five-stage cyclone, calcining the material at high temperature after the decomposition rate reaches 95% or above, and cooling a product to form the general portland cement clinker. The improvement of the invention lies in that the fly ash is used for partially replacing an iron raw material to produce the cement clinker, so that the production cost of the cement clinker can be reduced, the usage amount of the fly ash can be increased, the fly ash is comprehensively utilized, and the environmental protection is facilitated.
