The invention discloses a preparation method of a concrete toughening material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a dispersing agent into nanoscale halloysite obtained by chopping to fully disperse the halloysite; halloysite and cyanuric chloride are sequentially mixed and react in tetrahydrofuran to introduce active chlorine atoms, halloysite and 1, 3-propane diamine react in an organic solvent to replace the active chlorine atoms to introduce active amino, and halloysite and succinic anhydride react in the organic solvent to introduce carboxyl groups to generate activated halloysite to serve as the concrete toughening material.
本发明公开了一种混凝土增韧材料的制备方法,在经过短切获得纳米级的埃洛石中加入分散剂使其充分分散后,将埃洛石依次与三聚氯氰在四氢呋喃中混合反应引入活泼氯原子、与1,3‑丙二胺在有机溶剂中反应取代活泼氯原子引入活性氨基、与丁二酸酐在有机溶剂中反应引入羧基基团生成活化埃洛石作为混凝土增韧材料。
