The invention provides a polymer-based composite material for reinforcing an earth and rockfill dam and a preparation method of the polymer-based composite material. The polymer-based composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.8-4.5 parts of polyurethane resin, 0 to 18 parts of cement, 180 parts of dry plain soil, and 40.5 to 43.2 parts of water. The polymer-based composite material provided by the invention has good early-stage mechanical properties and excellent later-period mechanical property according to different proportions, good durability, rapid water stopping and leaking stoppage and the like, the combination of polyurethane and cement is adopted, compared with the existing cement-based earth and rockfill dam treatment material, coordinated deformation performance with an existing earth and rockfill dam, anti-cracking performances and early strength of the polymer-based composite materialare greatly improved, high strength and waterstopping and leaking stoppage effects are achieved after reinforcement is conducted for 10-15 minutes, and the polymer-based composite material is suitable for repairing and water stopping and leakingstoppage of cracks, leakage and other diseases of the earth and rockfill dam and various earth and rockfill slopes.
本发明提供了一种土石坝加固用高聚物基复合材料及其制备方法,通过如下重量份的原材料制备而成:聚氨酯树脂,1.8份~4.5份;水泥,0份~18份;干素土,180份;水,40.5份~43.2份。本发明提供的高聚物基复合材料根据不同的配比既具有良好的早期力学性能,也具有优良的后期力学性能、耐久性好、快速止水堵漏等特点,采用聚氨酯和水泥的组合,与现有的水泥基土石坝处理材料相比,大幅提高了其与既有土石坝的协调变形性能和抗开裂性能以及早期强度,加固实施(10‑15)分钟便具有较高的强度和止水堵漏作用,适用于土石坝以及各类土石质边坡的裂缝与渗漏等病害修复和止水堵漏。
