Reinforcing structure of under-dam cavity of earth and rockfill dam and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a reinforcing structure of an under-dam cavity of an earth and rockfill dam and a construction method of the reinforcing structure. The reinforcing structure comprises a lining pipe, and a pouring cavity is formed by a gap between the lining pipe and the under-dam cavity; an anchoring assembly which is provided with a plurality of anchoring units, one end of an anchoring part of each anchoring unit is implanted into the under-dam hole body, and the other end of the anchoring part is welded to the reinforcing part; a connecting assembly which is provided with a plurality of reinforcing pieces, and the inner ring of each reinforcing piece is welded with the lining pipe; and a concrete reinforcing layer which is filled in the pouring cavity. The lining pipe is additionally arranged in the original under-dam hole body, the concrete is poured in the annular pouring cavity between the lining pipe and the inner wall of the under-dam hole body, the anchoring unit and the reinforcing plate are arranged in the pouring cavity, the anchoring unit is anchored in the hole wall, the reinforcing plate and the lining pipe are welded together, the structural rigidity is improved, and then the structural stability is improved; and the reinforcing structure has little influence on the lower hole body of the original dam, does not influence the dam body of the earth and rockfill dam, and has very high application value.
本发明公开了一种土石坝坝下洞体的加固结构及其施工方法,其中加固结构包括内衬管,内衬管和坝下洞体之间的间隙形成浇筑腔;锚固组件,具有多个锚固单元,每个锚固单元的锚固件一端植入坝下洞体而其另一端焊接在加固件上;连接组件,具有多个加固件,每个加固件的内圈与内衬管焊接在一起;以及混凝土加固层,填充在浇筑腔内。本发明在原坝下洞体内加装一个内衬管,内衬管和坝下洞体内壁之间的环形浇筑腔内浇筑有混凝土,且浇筑腔内设置有锚固单元和加强板,锚固单元锚固在洞壁中,加强板与内衬管焊接在一起,提高了结构刚度,进而提高了结构稳定性,且该加固结构对原坝下洞体的影响较小,不会对土石坝坝体产生影响,具有很高的应用价值。
