The invention discloses a reinforcing structure and a method for reinforcing a reinforced concrete bridge by adhering steel lattices, and relates to the technical field of bridge reinforcement, the reinforcing structure comprises a U-shaped steel plate fixed to the beam bottom of a beam body to be reinforced through anchor bolts. The two side edges of the U-shaped steel plate extend in the vertical direction to form two side plates. The upper surface of the U-shaped steel plate is attached to the beam bottom of the beam body. The inner surfaces of the two side edges of the U-shaped steel plateare attached to a left web and a right web on the beam body. The upper anchoring steel plate is fixed at the web plate at the flange bottom of the original beam body through an anchor bolt; a rib steel plate is fixedly connected between the U-shaped steel plate and the upper anchoring steel plate through anchor bolts; the fixing angle of the rib steel plate is set along with the damage conditionof the beam body; according to the reinforcing structure for reinforcing the reinforced concrete bridge by adhering the steel lattices, the U-shaped steel plates, the upper anchoring steel plates andthe rib steel plates are welded into the integral steel lattices, so that the reinforcing structure has better rigidity continuity, and the integral rigidity of the bridge is greatly improved.
