The invention discloses a waterproof plugging structure for a wall structure hole for arranging an air tube therein and a construction method of the waterproof plugging structure. The waterproof plugging structure comprises the air tube, and a flexible waterproof layer, wherein the air tube is arranged in the hole of the wall structure in a penetrating mode; a gap is formed between the peripheralwall surface inside the hole and the air tube, and the gap is filled with a filling layer of a multi-layer structure which is sequentially arranged along the trend of the air tube; the air tube is fixed to multiple fixing bolts on a wall body, and the fixing bolts are uniformly arranged around the outer ring of the air tube; the flexible waterproof layer comprises a first layer and a second layerwhich are mutually connected; the first layer is arranged on the wall body around the hole in a surrounding mode; and the second layer is arranged on the outer wall surface of the air tube. The seam between the air tube and the hole structure of the wall body is plugged by various waterproof materials of different rigidities, so that combined water prevention is achieved; and the air tube is fixedto the wall body through the fixing bolts outside the air tube hole, so that frequency of forming fractures on a waterproof joint is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了风管出墙体结构洞口的防水封堵结构及其施工方法，包括：风管，所述风管穿设于墙体结构开设的洞口，所述洞口的内侧四周壁面和所述风管之间设有空隙，所述空隙内填设有沿所述风管走向依次设置的多层结构的填充层；将所述风管固定于所述墙体上的多个固定栓，多个所述固定栓环绕于所述风管的外圈均匀设置；柔性防水层，所述柔性防水层包括相互连接的第一层面和第二层面，所述第一层面环设于沿所述洞口周边的所述墙体上，所述第二层面环设于所述风管的外壁面上。本发明在风管与墙体洞口结构缝隙之间采用多种刚度不同的防水材料封堵进行联合防水，风管洞口外侧采用固定栓将风管与墙体固定，有效减少防水节点出现裂隙的频率。
