Waterproof plugging method for forming cable hole in underground structure outer wall
The invention discloses a waterproof plugging method for forming a cable hole in an underground structure outer wall. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a plurality of round holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to cables penetrating through the wall body, of the underground structure outer wall to form a round hole set; 2, a circle of slow-expansion type water-swelling rubber water stop strip is arranged on the indoor face of the wall body and around the periphery of the round hole set; 3, the inner side and the outer side of the water-swelling rubber water stop strip are each coated with a layer of polyurethane waterproof sealant to form a composite sealing layer; 4, a stainless steel sealing panel with a cable protection pipe is arranged on the face, facing the indoor space, of the composite sealing layer, is tightly attached to the water-swelling rubber water stop strip and the polyurethane waterproof sealant, and is fixed to the wall body after being evenly pressed through a plurality of chemical bolts; and 5, when the stainless steel sealing panel is in a flat state and the polyurethane waterproof sealant overflows out of the edge of the stainless steel sealing panel, pressing is stopped. By means of the method, the hole forming range of the underground structure outer wall is small, damage to an original structure is reduced to the maximum degree, and the waterproof performance is good.
本发明公开了一种用于地下结构外墙后开电缆孔的防水封堵方法,包括以下步骤:1、在地下结构外墙的墙身,对应穿越电缆的位置开凿多个圆孔形成圆孔组;2、在墙身室内一面,围绕圆孔组的周边设置一圈缓胀型遇水膨胀橡胶止水条;3、在遇水膨胀橡胶止水条的内侧和外侧均涂覆一层聚氨酯防水密封膏,形成复合密封层;4、在复合密封层朝向室内的一面设置带有电缆保护管的不锈钢封面板,并与遇水膨胀橡胶止水条和聚氨酯防水密封膏紧贴,采用多个化学螺栓均匀压紧后固定在墙身;5、当不锈钢封面板呈平整状态且聚氨酯防水密封膏溢出不锈钢封面板的边缘后停止压紧。本发明的应用使地下结构外墙开孔范围小,最大程度降低对原有结构的破坏,防水性能优良。
