The device comprises two through-wall steel plates arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction, lateral steel plates are fixedly connected to the two ends of the two through-wall steel plates and used for supporting the two through-wall steel plates, the lateral steel plates are perpendicular to the two through-wall steelplates, a plurality of shear keys are evenly arranged on the faces, close to the through-wall steel plates, of the two lateral steel plates, a bottom plate is further fixed to the bottoms of the twolateral steel plates in the horizontal direction, the two lateral steel plates extend out of the two ends of the bottom plate, underpinning of walls of different wall thicknesses and different positions is achieved, the device is formed by welding the steel plates and is flexible, changeable, light in weight, simple in structure, convenient to construct and does not need to bind steel bars again,in addition, the force transmission system is clear, the safety and the economical efficiency of the structure are improved, and the technical difficulty in design and machining is avoided.
