According to the suspension underpinning system of the existing building and the underpinning method, a pile foundation of a peripheral site of the existing building or an enclosure structure of a newly-built basement is used as a stress point of an underpinning vertical supporting system, and the pile foundation does not need to be constructed in the building; the damage range to the terrace in the existing building is small; the underpinning pile foundation is only constructed on the periphery of the building, no underpinning pile exists under the building, only engineering piles needed by a basement structure exist, and earth cutting operation in the basement development period is better facilitated. According to the suspension underpinning system, the existing building is underpinned and lifted through the pulling force of the steel strands, and the stress stability is better. Tension control is adopted, and before conversion is completed, the dead weight of the existing building is completely borne by the suspension system; in the conversion process, stable conversion can be achieved by slowly releasing the pulling force of the suspension system. 本发明提供了一种既有建筑的悬挂托换体系及托换方法,本发明利用既有建筑外围场地的桩基或新建地下室的围护结构作为托换竖向支承体系的受力点,无需在建筑内部施工桩基:无需拆除既有建筑的内部梁板体系,对既有建筑内部的地坪破坏范围较小;仅在建筑外围施工托换桩基,建筑正下方无任何托换桩,仅有地下室结构所需的工程桩,对地下室开发期间的挖土作业更为有利。本发明悬挂托换体系利用钢绞线的拉力对既有建筑进行托换和提升,受力稳定性更佳。采用拉力控制,在转化完成前,既有建筑的自重完全由悬挂体系承担;转化过程可通过缓慢释放悬挂体系的拉力,实现平稳转换。既有建筑提升后,还可方便实现既有建筑下方增层施工。
