The invention relates to repair for outer thermal insulation board drop of an external wall by a metal assembly anchorage part and a construction method thereof. Defects such as outer thermal-insulation hollowing and dropping of an existing building external wall are replaced or repaired, and a three-security integrated fixing way of sticking, anchoring and supporting is adopted for connecting a thermal-insulation decorative replacing board to a base layer wall body. After residues are cleared and scraped off for parts with outer thermal-insulation hollowing and dropping of the existing building external wall, an anchoring part is mounted on a proper position of the base layer wall body, and the anchoring part is fixed onto the base layer wall body by a plastic expanding bolt, and the other end of the anchoring part is fixedly provided with two hanging parts through M6 bolts; the thermal-insulation decorative replacing board is an integral board which is synthesized from a thermal-insulation core material and a facing material; the anchoring part is a Z-shaped connector, one end of the Z-shaped connector is fixed to the base layer wall body, and the other end of the Z-shaped connector is used for fixing the two hanging parts; and the hanging parts are Z-shaped connectors, ends of the Z-shaped connectors are fixed to the anchoring part, and the other ends of the Z-shaped connectors are used for restraining the thermal-insulation decorative replacing board, so that the effect of fixing the thermal-insulation decorative replacing board is achieved.
