The invention discloses a safe box for protecting data safety. A password disc for opening a lock is arranged on the left end face of the safe box, and a camera is arranged on the left end face of thesafe box. A drawer cavity is formed in a first drawer, and a hard disc is stored in the drawer cavity. A storage cavity is formed in the top wall of the drawer cavity, and a clamping mechanism is arranged in the storage cavity. An alternative hard disc clamped by the clamping mechanism is arranged in the storage cavity. When the safe box is broken or input passwords are wrong, the hard disc trulystoring important data can be automatically transferred to a safe position, the alternative hard disc is placed in the safe box, and a positioning module is arranged in the alternative hard disc; and after the alternative hard disc is stolen, the position of a thief can be acquired through a positioning module, and therefore object loss caused by safe box breakage is avoided.
