The invention discloses a ladder with a sliding hoop. The ladder with the sliding hoop is characterized in that a guide rail, a fixed hoop and the sliding hoop are arranged on the upper end of the ladder; the fixed loop is fixedly connected to the right part of the guide rail; a sliding block of the sliding hoop is in sliding fit with the left part of the guide rail; a sliding locking device connected to the sliding hoop is arranged at one side of the ladder; the fixed hoop and the sliding hoop are symmetrical fasteners for surrounding an electric pole; one end of the fixed hoop is fixedly connected to the right part of the guide rail through a connecting steel channel; and the sliding block of the sliding hoop is a sliding sleeve. The ladder with the sliding hoop has a simple and practical structure. The sliding hoop moves toward the electric pole and cooperates with the fixed hoop to firmly fix the ladder and the electric pole. The operator can climb the pole smoothly by using the ladder with the sliding hoop; and the ladder with the sliding hoop reduces constructors, and avoids personal accidents.
