The invention discloses a single insulated ladder with a hoop device. The single insulated ladder with the hoop device comprises a single insulated ladder body, wherein the hoop device is arranged atthe upper end of the single insulated ladder body; the hoop device comprises a left hoop, a support body and a right hoop; the left hoop, the support body and the right hoop are of an integrated structure, and the left hoop and the right hoop are symmetrically arranged; single ladder locking devices are symmetrically arranged at the left end and the right end of the support body; each locking device comprises a steel sleeve; a locking bolt is arranged on each steel sleeve in a penetrating manner; and the upper ends of vertical rods of the single insulated ladder body are inserted into the corresponding steel sleeves, and the corresponding vertical rods of the single insulated ladder body are locked through the locking bolts. With the adoption of the technical scheme, the hoop device at theupper end of the single insulated ladder body is capable of automatically locking a concrete strut and other overhead objects, being firmly clamped onto a fixed object, and ensuring the safety duringworking, simple in structure, convenient to operate, and safe and reliable.
