The invention discloses a steel concrete beam bridge deck slab prefabricated construction method. By adopting the steel concrete beam bridge deck slab prefabricated construction method, the construction efficiency and quality on the upperpart of a bridge can be improved, and waste of steel materials is greatly reduced.
本发明公开一种钢混梁桥面板预制施工方法,该方法包括以下步骤:在钢混梁桥面板预制场地整体硬化成且基础混凝土达到预设设计强度要求时,开始进行预制桥面板胎模的加工;采用钢板和梳子板进行侧模施工,并采用焊接定位钢筋及定位卡的方式将侧模固定在底模上;在对钢筋进行基础处理之后,根据预制桥面板周边预埋钢筋的外漏尺寸的设计长度和板间钢筋交叉错开的间距进行钢筋施工;混凝土施工,具体包括在对模板支架、模板和钢筋进行检查处理的基础上,进行混凝土浇筑;对预制板混凝土进行人工凿毛处理,做成凹凸的粗糙面;待混凝土终凝后进行覆盖洒水养护。采用本发明,可以提高桥梁上部的施工效率和质量,极大的减少对钢材的浪费。
