The invention provides an energy-saving and environment-friendly light wall material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of agricultural wastes containing cellulose, 30-60 parts of Portland cement, 30-50 parts of foamed polystyrene, 15-30 parts of glass fibers, 10-15 parts of basalt, 15-25 parts of slag, 10-15 parts of calcium carbonate, 15-20 partsof diatom ooze, 5-15 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 12-17 parts of phase change energy storage microcapsules, 2-7 parts of a water reducing agent, 3-8 parts of a binder, 1-5 parts of an antioxidant and30-60 parts of water. According to the invention, the raw materials are wide in source and low in cost, the preparation method is simple, most of the wastes are changed into valuable things, and the prepared wall material meets the requirements on mechanical properties such as hardness, durability, tensile strength and the like; and after diatomite is added as an environmentally-friendly raw material, the properties such as heat insulation, sound insulation, heat preservation and the like of the wall are further enhanced, so that the functionality of the wall is improved, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明提出了一种节能环保轻质墙体材料,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:含纤维素的农业废弃物40‑60份、硅酸盐水泥30‑60份、发泡聚苯乙烯30‑50份、玻璃纤维15‑30份、玄武岩10‑15份、矿渣15‑25份、碳酸钙10‑15份、硅藻泥15‑20份、氢氧化铝5‑15份、相变储能微胶囊12‑17份、减水剂2‑7份、粘结剂3‑8份、抗氧剂1‑5份和水30‑60份。本发明原料来源广、成本低,大部分为将废弃物变废为宝,制备的墙体材料硬度、耐久性和抗拉强度等力学性能均符合要求,同时,硅藻土作为一种绿色原料,添加后进一步增强墙体的隔热隔音保温等性能,提高墙体的功能性,具有广阔的应用前景。
