Hollow ceramic thermal spraying powder and preparation method thereof
The invention provides hollow ceramic thermal spraying powder and a preparation method thereof. A hollow structure in the powder can be sent to the surface of a substrate or a part along with the thermal spraying process to form a porous coating layer, so that the thermal insulation effect of the coating layer is improved, the hardness is reduced, and the abradability is enhanced. Aiming at the preparation of the hollow ceramic thermal spraying powder, the preparation method is mainly realized by a liquid drop phase repolymerization process and comprises the steps: firstly, dispersing an oil phase solution into ceramic precursor sol to form an emulsion containing submicron liquid drops; then integrally dispersing the emulsion into the oil phase solution to form re-emulsion drops of tens tohundreds of microns; at the moment, coalescing the oil-phase submicron liquid drops contained in the re-emulsified liquid drops to form single inner core liquid drops; and then carrying out the stepsof aging reaction, cleaning and drying, high-temperature sintering and the like of sol re-emulsion droplets, and thus obtaining the target structure of the hollow ceramic thermal spraying powder. Themethod is simple, convenient and efficient, and the prepared hollow ceramic thermal spraying powder can be used for preparing a porous coating through thermal spraying.
本发明提供了一种中空陶瓷热喷涂粉体及其制备方法。该粉体中的中空结构可以随热喷涂过程送至基板或零件表面,形成多孔涂层,从而提高涂层的隔热效果,降低硬度,增强可磨耗性。针对该种中空陶瓷热喷涂粉体的制备,主要由液滴相重聚过程来实现:先将油相溶液分散于陶瓷前驱体溶胶形成包含亚微米液滴的乳化液;然后将乳浊液整体再分散于油相溶液中,形成数十至数百微米的复乳化液滴;此时复乳化液滴内部包含的油相亚微米液滴会进行聚并,形成单一的内核液滴;之后经过溶胶复乳化液滴的陈化反应、清洗干燥、高温烧结等步骤之后,可以得到中空陶瓷热喷涂粉体的目标结构。本发明方法简单、方便、高效,制备得到中空陶瓷热喷涂粉体能够用于热喷涂制备多孔涂层。
