The invention discloses a light refractory brick for a permanent layer of a steel ladle. The light refractory brick is prepared from 20-40% of raw material mullite aggregate, 10-30% of fused alumina hollow spheres; 5-20% of magnesia fine powder, 3-15% of alpha-Al203 micro powder, 10-30% of corundum fine powder, 10-20% of spinel fine powder and 3-6% of an additional binding agent per total amount of materials by the following steps: mixing the raw materials, adding the binding agent, uniformly mixing, and pressing under the pressure of 120-150Mpa to obtain a green brick; and after air drying, drying for 36-48 hours at the temperature of 200-300 DEG C, and obtaining the finished product light refractory brick after natural cooling. The apparent porosity of the finished light refractory brickis 30-40%, the volume density is 2.0-2.2 g/cm <3>, and the normal-temperature compressive strength is 20-35 MPa. The finished product brick prepared by the invention mainly comprises the chemical components of MgO and Al2O3 and contains a small amount of SiO2, and a main crystal phase is mullite, corundum and corundum-spinel; the apparent porosity is high, the volume density is small, the heat conductivity is low, and the molten steel and slag corrosion resistance is high. Meanwhile, the preparation method is simple, one-time forming is adopted, production is easy and convenient to implement,the production cost is greatly reduced, and economic benefits are outstanding.
本发明公开了一种钢包永久层用轻质耐火砖,是由原料莫来石质骨料20‑40%,电熔氧化铝空心球10‑30%,镁砂细粉5‑20%,a‑Al0微粉3‑15%,刚玉细粉10‑30%,尖晶石细粉10‑20%,外加结合剂3‑6%/物料总量制备而成:首先将原料进行混合,再加入结合剂混合均匀后,于120~150Mpa压力下压成砖坯;风干后,在200~300℃条件下干燥36‑48小时,自然冷却后即为成品轻质耐火砖;成品轻质耐火砖的显气孔率30‑40%,体积密度2.0‑2.2g/cm,常温耐压强度20‑35MPa。本发明制备的成品砖化学成分主要是MgO与A1O,含少量SiO,主晶相为莫来石,刚玉,刚玉‑尖晶石;显气孔率高,体积密度小,热导率低,耐钢水及熔渣侵蚀能力强。同时,本发明制备方法简单,采用一次成型,生产简便易行,大大降低了生产成本,经济效益突出。
