Construction method for paving track plate by utilizing gantry crane
The invention relates to a construction method for paving a track plate by utilizing a gantry crane, and belongs to the field of railway construction. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) performing gantry crane under-bridge assembly: making the length of a front driving support beam higher than that of a rear driving support beam, and keeping the distance difference between the bottomsurfaces of the front driving support beam and the rear driving support beam at 526mm; 2) hoisting the gantry crane to a construction site by using a crane; 3) conveying the track plate by a track trolley; 4) hoisting the track plate by the gantry crane for moving to a required position; 5) fixing the track plate and a steel truss girder inner longitudinal beam through bolts; 6) paving a gantry crane walking steel rail, 7) moving the gantry crane forwards to the installation position of a next track plate in the bridge direction, and 8) repeating the steps 3)-7) until paving is completed. Thetrack plate is installed through the gantry crane with the front driving support beam longer than the rear driving support beam. The whole installation process is convenient to operate, the construction speed is fast, and the cost is saved.
