The invention provides a gantry crane full-size track linear control measurement method, which comprises the following steps of lofting a track center line of a gantry crane on an expanded foundation, collecting elevation, leveling and pressing the track of the gantry crane according to the elevation, mounting a track prism of the gantry crane, and enabling a prism assembly to be positioned in the center of the track by a limiting sheet, a linear orientation method is adopted to set a station and define an assumed coordinate system of a portal crane track, a track prism is installed at a to-be-measured position of the portal crane track, and three-dimensional coordinates of the track prism in the assumed coordinate system are observed; and calculating and analyzing the span of the portal crane, the height difference between two vertical rails on the same cross section, and the bending and straightness of the portal crane in a vertical plane along the length direction through the three-dimensional coordinates. The method is simple and visual in data observation, and is favorable for guiding track linear control of the portal crane. By adopting the method, the full-size track linear control measurement problem of the gantry crane track can be effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种门式起重机全尺寸轨道线形控制测量方法,包括以下步骤:在扩大基础上放样门式起重机轨道中线并采集高程,依据高程将门式起重机轨道抄平压紧,安装门式起重机的轨道棱镜,限位片使棱镜组件位于轨道中心,采用线定向法设站并定义门式起重机轨道假定坐标系,在门式起重机轨道待测位置安装轨道棱镜,观测轨道棱镜在假定坐标系中三维坐标,通过三维坐标计算分析门式起重机跨度、相垂直的同一截面上两根轨道之间的高度差、沿长度方向在垂直平面内的弯曲及顺直度。该方法观测数据简单直观,有利于指导门式起重机的轨道线形控制。采用该方法能有效地解决门式起重器轨道全尺寸轨道线形控制测量问题。
