The invention discloses a construction method aiming at filling of a first-stage groove section joint of an underground diaphragm wall. The construction method comprises the steps that after a first-stage groove segment steel reinforcement cage of the underground diaphragm wall is welded, and two steel bar hooks are welded at the lower part of an H-shaped steel; after the steel reinforcement cageis hoisted to the determined hole position, an anti-puncture water bag is fixed to the bottom of the steel reinforcement cage, the steel reinforcement cage is placed, and the anti-puncture water bag is lowered along with the reinforcement cage, the water bag is filled with water, so that the backfill compactness is guaranteed; after it is determined that the underground diaphragm wall is not offset and inclined, the underground diaphragm wall is poured; the anti-puncture water bag and the H-shaped steel are peeled off by using an auxiliary wall brushing device when the adjacent second-stage groove section is excavated, and then the rear brush wall is cleaned up, and it is guaranteed that the seam does not intercalated mud and the broken bag. According to the construction method, a traditional bagged macadam filling is replaced, no displacement of the steel reinforcement cage during pouring is guaranteed, and the construction compactness and stability are guaranteed.
