The acquisition system acquires distance information between the mining carry-scraper and a surrounding obstacle, the control system controls the warning system to give an alarm according to the distance information of the acquisition system, and when the distance between the mining carry-scraper and the obstacle is larger thanor smaller than a set value, the control system controls the braking and walking system to carry out walking and braking. The surrounding operating environment of the mining carry-scraper is detectedin real time, the obstacle is found in time, site operators or remote operators are reminded of avoiding the obstacle or adjusting the operating attitude of equipment, and therefore damage of rigid collisions to the vehicle-mounted equipment or the roadway surrounding equipment, cables and pipelines is avoided. According to the radar prewarning anti-collision system, the site operation safety coefficient is greatly increased, and the production efficiency is improved.
