The invention discloses an active carry-scraper. An engine system is connected with a machine frame, a transmission system is arranged on the lower portion of the engine system, a soil shoveling device is connected with the machine frame, a dozer blade is connected with the machine frame, a flexible lifting device is connected with the dozer blade, and a walking mechanism is connected with the machine frame. A hydraulic gearbox is connected with a transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is connected with a main drive, the main drive is connected with a final transmission device, a striker plate lifting oil cylinder is connected with a bulldozing plate lifting oil cylinder, a discharging oil cylinder is arranged on the machine frame, a machine frame lifting oil cylinder is connected withan energy accumulator, one end of the machine frame lifting oil cylinder is connected with the upper portion of the machine frame, and the other end of the machine frame lifting oil cylinder is connected with the walking mechanism. The active carry-scraper is a soil shoveling transport machine integrating multiple functions of soil digging, soil transporting, soil unloading, soil bulldozing, paving and the like. Particularly, when the shoveling and transporting construction area is large, the variety of field equipment is reduced, field management of shoveling and transporting operation is facilitated, the soil shoveling efficiency is improved, and the active carry-scraper is applied to the technical field of soil shoveling and transporting machines.
