The movable bottom plate matches with an upper guide rail and a lower guide rail and moves horizontally relative to the rails, and comprises a main frame, a universal bottom plate, an upper travelling device, a lower travelling device and a controlling device, wherein the universal bottom plate is arranged on the front side surface of the main frame through a longitudinal linear module in a lifting manner, the upper travelling device is fixed at the upper part of the main frame, the lower travelling device is fixed at the lower part of the main frame, and the controlling device is fixed on the main frame. The movable bottom plate serves as a universal operation platform of a related robot, multifunctional operation and other non-wall-surface operation (such as carrying, installing and detecting) can be conducted on a wall surface by replacing the related robot, the upper guide rail and the lower guide rail are arranged on a climbing frame,a closed wiring duct is arranged on the upper guide rail, a trolley conductor is arranged in the wiring duct, a two-dimensional bar code is arranged on the top of the wiring duct, and the movable bottom plate moves between the upper guide rail and the lower guide rail.
