The invention discloses a high-performance cement-based electromagnetic shielding composite material. The invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 450 kg/m3 of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement, 1373-1498 kg/m3 of medium river sand, 50 kg/m3 of fly ash, 100-400 kg/m3 of secondary reduction iron powder, 300 kg/m3 of water, and copper-nickel polymerization shielding fabric. The copper-nickel polymerization shielding fabric takes polyester as a carrier and is formed by weaving a copper wire mesh and a nickel wire mesh in a mixed manner, wherein the thickness of the copper-nickel polymerization shielding fabric is 0.5 mm, and the shielding effectiveness of the copper-nickel polymerization shielding fabric reaches 70dB in a frequency band of 1MHz-10GHz. According to the invention, the shielding effectiveness of the material in the frequency band of 30MHz-3GHz is researched.
