The invention discloses a high-performance cement-based electromagnetic shielding composite material and a preparation process thereof. The high-performance cement-based shielding protective materialcomprises the following components in parts by weight: 450 kg/m<3> of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement, 1373-1498 kg/m<3> of medium river sand, 50kg/m<3> of fly ash, 100-400 kg/m<3> of secondary reducediron powder, 300 kg/m<3> of water and a copper-nickel polymerization shielding fabric. The copper-nickel polymerization shielding fabric takes polyester as a carrier and is formed by weaving a copperwire mesh and a nickel wire mesh in a mixed manner, the thickness of the copper-nickel polymerization shielding fabric is 0.5mm, and the shielding effectiveness of the copper-nickel polymerization shielding fabric reaches 70dB in a frequency band of 1MHz-10GHz. Compared with a common functional cement-based material, the composite material formed by combining the cement-based material with the shielding fabric is provided, and the shielding effectiveness in a wide frequency band is better.
本发明公开了一种高性能水泥基电磁屏蔽复合材料及其制备工艺。本发明高性能水泥基屏蔽防护材料,包括下述组分按照所述重量份数比组成:42.5普通硅酸盐水泥450kg/m,中等河砂1373‑1498kg/m,粉煤灰50kg/m,二次还原铁粉100‑400kg/m,水300kg/m,以及铜镍聚合屏蔽织物;铜镍聚合屏蔽织物以聚酯为载体,通过铜丝网和镍丝网混编而成,厚度为0.5mm,屏蔽效能在1MHz‑10GHz频段内达70dB。本发明相比于普通功能性水泥基材料,提出水泥基材料结合屏蔽织物构成的复合材料,在宽频段内的屏蔽效能更好。
