The invention discloses grounding conductive concrete and a preparation method thereof. The grounding conductive concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80-150 parts ofcement, 110-200 parts of fine aggregate, 260-350 parts of coarse aggregate, 30-70 parts of water, 0.5-4 parts of carbon fibers and 1-4 parts of a water reducing agent. The carbon fiber with excellentconductivity is used as a conductive phase material of the concrete, the materials can be fully mixed without adding a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent through cooperation with the innovative mixing method, agglomeration of carbon fibers is effectively avoided, and agglomeration can also be effectively avoided even if high carbon fibers are doped so that the materials are fully mixed and dispersed; the synergistic effect among the innovative materials can be further exerted; the conductive performance, the resistance stability and the mechanical strength of the concrete can be greatly improved, the preparation process is simplified, the requirements of the tower grounding material on the conductive performance, the resistance stability and the mechanical strength can be met when themixing amount of the carbon fibers is very low and the using amount of cement is relatively low, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
