The invention discloses conductive concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a dispersant into water to obtain a dispersant aqueous solution, wherein the dispersant comprises any one of a silane coupling agent, polyvinyl alcohol or tannic acid; adding carbon black into the dispersant aqueous solution, and uniformly conducting dispersing to obtain a mixed solution; mixing cement, carbon black, aggregate, a water reducing agent, water and the mixed solution to obtain a concrete mixture; and uniformly stirring the concrete mixture to obtain the conductive concrete. The conductive concrete provided by the invention has the functional characteristics of low damping, high conductivity and the like, and can be used as special functional concrete in the engineering fields of road deicing, building heating, damage diagnosis and the like, and the preparation materials are low in price.
