The preparation method comprises the following steps: primarily selecting the grading of the graded broken stone according to requirements; carrying out first-stage performance verification and adjustment on the graded broken stone corresponding to the preliminarily selected graded pair; judging the structure type of the adjusted graded broken stone, and calculating a grading curve of the graded broken stone; comparing the grading curve obtained through calculation with a primarily selected grading curve, and carrying out secondary adjustment; carrying out second-stage performance verification, judging whether a verification result meets a preset requirement or not, and if so, ending the grading preparation; and if not, returning to the step of first-stage verification and adjustment. The graded broken stone obtained by the preparation method has the advantages of good permeability, compaction performance and the like, and can effectively prevent and treat frost heaving diseases on the surface layer of a high-speed railway foundation bed in a severe cold area.
