Asphalt graded broken stone for high-speed railway foundation bed and production method thereof
The invention provides a production method of asphalt graded broken stone for a high-speed railway foundation bed, which comprises the following steps: (1) preheating SBS modified asphalt and/or SBR modified asphalt in a storage tank to 160-180 DEG C in a graded manner for more than or equal to 3 hours; (2) heating an aggregate to 170-200 DEG C, and drying the aggregate until the residual water content of the aggregate is not more than 1%; (3) performing dry mixing on the aggregate for not shorter than 10 s, wherein the dry mixing temperature is 170-195 DEG C; and (4) adding limestone powder,an asphalt enhancer and preheated SBS modified asphalt and/or SBR modified asphalt into the aggregate subjected to dry mixing in the step (3), and mixing the components to produce the asphalt gradedbroken stone for the high-speed railway foundation bed. The invention also provides the asphalt graded broken stone for the high-speed railway foundation bed, which is produced by the method providedby the invention. The asphalt graded broken stone is excellent in performance, and can meet the stress and deformation requirements of a high-speed railway foundation bed structure.
