The invention discloses a high-heat-insulating wallboard with a building solid waste recycled aggregate as an aggregate. The high-heat-insulating wallboard includes a board end, a board surface, a board edge, a joint slot, built-in buffer tubes, buffer nets, rock-wool layers, steel plate layers and fireproof layers, a tenon is arranged at the upper end of the board end, a tenon slot is formed in the lower end of the board end, the top end of the joint slot is connected to the tenon, the side surface of the joint slot is fixedly connected to the board edge, the built-in buffer tubes are embedded in the board end and located between the tenon and the tenon groove, the fireproof layers are located on the two sides of the inner side of the board surface, the steel plate layers are arranged onthe inner sides of the fireproof layers, and the rock-wool layers are arranged on the inner sides of the steel plate layers.
