Powder-falling-free composite aerogel fibers and preparation process thereof
The invention belongs to the field of aerogel materials, discloses powder-falling-free composite aerogel fibers and a preparation process thereof, and is used for solving the problem that existing aerogel is prone to powder falling. The powder-falling-free composite aerogel fibers comprise aerogel fibers and a water-based adhesive layer, and the aerogel fibers are wrapped with the water-based adhesive layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing the aerogel fibers, then enabling the aerogel fibers to pass through the water-soaking adhesive in a drawing manner, coating the fiber yarns with the water-based adhesive, and then drying and rolling the fiber yarns through a drying tunnel; or extruding the glue into a barrel shape in an extrusion mode, allowing the aerogel fibers to penetrate through the barrel, and drawing the fibers out. According to the invention, a film is formed by adopting the water-based adhesive to encapsulate the aerogel fibers; theaerogel fibers without powder falling is prepared, the powder falling condition of the fibers can be greatly prevented, the condition of heat preservation failure of the aerogel fabric is completely eradicated, the service life of the aerogel fibers is prolonged, and the aerogel fabric woven by the fibers without powder falling is good in air permeability and excellent in heat preservation performance.
本发明属于气凝胶材料领域,公开了一种不掉粉的复合气凝胶纤维及其制备工艺,用于解决现有气凝胶易掉粉的问题。不掉粉的复合气凝胶纤维,包括气凝胶纤维和水性胶胶层,水性胶胶层包裹在气凝胶纤维外。制备方法为:首先制备好气凝胶纤维,然后将气凝胶纤维以抽丝的方式通过浸水性胶粘剂,使纤维丝上包覆上水性胶,然后通过烘道烘干,收卷。或者以挤出的方式,把胶挤出成筒状,气凝胶纤维从筒中穿过一块抽出。本发明采用水性胶粘剂形成薄膜把气凝胶纤维封装起来,制成了不掉粉的气凝胶纤维,能大幅度防止纤维掉粉情况的出现,杜绝了气凝胶布保温失效的情况,延长了气凝胶纤维的使用寿命,并且用不掉粉纤维织成的气凝胶布透气性良好,保温性能优异。
