High-toughness concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and provides high-toughness concrete and a preparation method thereof. The formula of the high-toughness concrete comprises nylon fibers, cement, fine aggregate, fly ash, water, a water reducing agent and a thickening agent. Compared with a traditional method, according to the method, PA fibers are selected to toughen concrete; and the preparation method comprises the steps: mixing cement, fine aggregate, fly ash, water, the water reducing agent and the thickening agent into slurry, extruding and mixing at the temperature of 5-10 DEG C higher than the glass transition temperature of the PA fibers by using a screw extruder, and dispersing the PA fibers into the concrete slurry, thereby implementing uniform dispersion of thePA fibers and preventing the fibers from being broken.
