High-toughness concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides high-toughness concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-toughness concrete is prepared from ordinary Portland cement, river sand, steel fibers, silica fume, a high-efficiency water reducing agent and water. The preparation method comprises the steps that the ordinary Portland cement, the river sand, the steel fibers, the silica fume, the high-efficiency water reducing agent and the water are mixed, and a mixture is obtained; and the mixture is subjected to oxygen protection for 24 h and placed in saturated lime water at 14 DEG C to be cured for 28 days. The high-performance concrete is prepared by fully utilizing local building materials which are low in price and convenient to obtain, and meanwhile, the cost is reduced by adopting a relatively low-cost curing condition, so that the economic high-toughness concrete is prepared; through preparation cost comparison and test results of strength and toughness, the high-performance concrete of the type has relatively high strength and toughness and is relatively low in price; and for concrete structures with high requirements on strength and toughness in engineering such as civil engineering and water conservancy, the economic high-toughness concrete can well solve the problems, and has good applicability.
本发明提供了一种高韧性混凝土及其制备方法,高韧性混凝土包括普通硅酸盐水泥、河砂、钢纤维、硅灰、高效减水剂和水,制备方法包括:将普通硅酸盐水泥、河砂、钢纤维、硅灰、高效减水剂和水混合,得到混合物;将混合物氧护24h,并放置14℃的饱和石灰水中养护28天;本发明充分利用价格便宜且便于取材的当地建筑材料制备高性能混凝土,同时采用较低成本的养护条件降低成本,从而制备经济高韧性混凝土;通过制备成本对比以及强度、韧性的测试结果可以得出该类型高性能混凝土具有较高强度以及韧性,且价格较低;对于土木、水利等工程中对强度、韧性要求较高的混凝土结构,该经济高韧性混凝土可以很好地解决这些问题,具有很好的适用性。
