The invention discloses a fluorescent ceramic having a core-shell structure and used for laser illumination, and a preparation method thereof, wherein the fluorescent ceramic comprises: a ceramic corepart, the chemical composition of the ceramic core part is (Ce[x]Y[1-x])3Al5O12, and x is greater than or equal to 0.001 and less than or equal to 0.03; and a ceramic shell part covering the ceramiccore part, wherein the chemical composition of the ceramic shell part is (Eu[y]Y[1-y])3Al5O12, and y is greater than or equal to 0.0005 and less than or equal to 0.04. The fluorescent ceramic has thebeneficial effects that the problems of non-uniform light spot color caused by non-uniform blue light distribution, high color temperature and low color rendering property caused by insufficient red light components of the YAG:Ce fluorescent material and the like in the current laser lighting product are effectively solved while the fluorescent ceramic with the structure is simple in structure andhas good temperature quenching performance.
本发明公开用于一种具有核壳结构的激光照明用荧光陶瓷及其制备方法,包含有,陶瓷内核部,其化学组成为:(CeY)AlO,其中,x的取值范围为:0.001≤x≤0.03;以及,覆盖于所述陶瓷内核部上的陶瓷外壳部,其化学组成为:(EuY)AlO,其中,y的取值范围为:0.0005≤y≤0.04。本发明的有益效果在于:有效地解决当前激光照明产品中由于蓝光分部不均匀导致光斑颜色不均匀、使用YAG:Ce荧光材料红光成分不足导致的色温高显色性低等问题问题。同时该结构荧光陶瓷结构简单且具有良好的温度淬灭性能。
