Second springs are welded to the adjacent sides of the two first fixing blocks correspondingly, third rod bodies are welded to the sides, close to the second shell, of the two second fixing blocks correspondingly, and first springs are welded to the sides, close to the second annular plate, of the third annular plates. When the support body is affected by a large external force, the support body can rotate; the second rod body pushes the sliding block to extrude the second spring.
