The invention discloses a quick mounting method for a basin-type rubber support of a bridge. The method comprises the steps that three anchoring screws of the same structure are arranged on a supportpadstone in a triangular mode, elevation adjusting supporting nut sleeves are installed on the anchoring screws, the elevation of the top faces of nuts is adjusted through the length of the nuts screwed into the anchoring screws, the elevation of the top faces of the nuts is made to be consistent with the elevation of the bottom face of the support padstone, and the top faces of every two nuts arelocated on the same horizontal plane; the mortar formwork is composed of four foam board formworks. After the formwork is installed, the formwork is filled with plastic mortar, the top face of the mortar is flush with the top faces of the elevation adjusting nut sleeves, the basin-type rubber support is hoisted to the top faces of the three elevation adjusting supporting nut sleeves, redundant mortar is extruded out through the self weight of the basin-type rubber support, and the basin-type rubber support is completely supported on the nuts. The method is simple and reliable in structure, convenient and fast to install and low in cost.

本发明公开了一种桥梁盆式橡胶支座的快速安装方法，包括：三颗结构相同的锚固螺杆在支座垫石上呈三角形布设，锚固螺杆装有标高调节支撑螺母套筒，通过螺母旋入锚固螺杆的长度调整螺母顶面标高，使螺母顶面标高与支座垫石底面标高一致，每两颗螺母顶面处于同一水平面；砂浆模板由四块泡沫板模板组成，模板安装完成后在模板内填充可塑状的砂浆，砂浆顶面与标高调节螺母套筒顶面平齐，吊装盆式橡胶支座于三棵标高调节支撑螺母套筒顶面，利用盆式橡胶支座的自身重量挤压出多余的砂浆，使盆式橡胶支座完全支撑于螺母上。本发明结构简单可靠、安装便捷快速、成本低。
