The ground rail is arranged under the ground; the secondary anti-collision plate is mounted on the ground rail through a ground pile; the primary anti-collision plate is fixedly connected to the end part of the inner sleeve; the outer sleeve is fixed on the rear side of the secondary anti-collision plate; the inner sleeve penetrates through the secondary anti-collision plate and then extends into the outer sleeve; until extending into the fixed pipe; the foremost end of the fixed pipe extends into the outer sleeve; the rear end of the fixed pipe is connected with a common road guardrail; compared with the prior art, the anti-collision guardrail has the advantages that the speed of a vehicle can be reduced with a large collision contact area, the area of the anti-collision plate can be increased accordingly when the vehicle impacts the end of the guardrail, the pressure borne by the anti-collision plate is shared, the vehicle is prevented from being penetrated or torn under the action of elastic force, and the life safetyof people is guaranteed.
