The anchor rod is composed ofa high-strength bag (2), a hot-melt anchoring body (1) and an electric heating wire (3). According to the anchor rod, the outer surface of the high-strength bag (2) is designed to be in an uneven calabash shape, so that on one hand, the side resistance of the anchor rod is improved, and on the other hand, when the anchor rod is recovered, after the hot-melt anchoring body (1) is melted, by pulling the high-strength bag (2), the high-strength bag (2) generated from the outer anchor end can be stripped from a rock-soil body or a rock-soil reinforcing body on the outer side of the high-strengthbag (2) in a gradual damage form; and therefore the full-recovery and reuse of the anchor rod can be easily achieved, the full-recovery is achieved, the recovery can be easily achieved in narrow space, the bearing capacity is high, the manufacturing cost is low, and the construction speed is high.
