Solid wood composite stair floor and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the field of solid wood composite floors, in particular to a solid wood composite stair floor and a manufacturing method thereof. The solid wood composite stair floor is characterized by comprising a solid wood composite stair floor body with a spigot structure or an interface structure, wherein the spigot structure can be tightly engaged with the interface structure; thespigot structure comprises an inclined buckle part and an insertion part, wherein the inclined buckle part is connected with an attaching part arranged on the interface structure; and a connecting column protruding upwards is connected to the rear portion of the attaching part, the connecting column is connected with the oblique buckle part and the insertion part, and the insertion part is downwards connected with an interface groove. Base material structure design is carried out according to the principle that the bonding strength is enhanced to be larger than 1.2 Mpa and the longitudinal force of designed wood is larger than the transverse force while veneers are criss-cross, base materials at the right-angle positions are buckled along grains, meanwhile, 45-degree-angle natural tight splicing is carried out at the panel positions, and grains are naturally spliced according to an original plate, so that the natural composite stair floor which is free of nails, firm and consistent inappearance texture at the non-planar right angle position and capable of bearing pressure on the side face is formed.
