The invention relates to the technical field of floor manufacturing, in particular to a formaldehyde-removing solid wood composite floor which is high in environment protecting performance and a manufacturing method thereof. The formaldehyde-removing solid wood composite floor comprises a floor body and a surface layer which is adhered to the surface of the floor body. The surface of the floor body is formed by a front face, a back face parallel to the front face, a first side face, a second side face, a third side face and a fourth side face, wherein the first side face, the second side face, the third side face and the fourth side face are sequentially connected in an end-to-end mode. The surface layer comprises an adhering layer which is adhered to the surface of the floor body and a paint layer which is adhered to the adhering layer. The adhering layer is formed by solidifying of an adhering agent mixed by a water-based adhering agent and a formaldehyde-removing agent. According to the formaldehyde-removing solid wood composite floor, the formaldehyde emission capacity is low, the formaldehyde removing performance is stable, and the environment protecting performance is high.
