Connecting support and ground leveling robot
The invention provides a connecting support and a ground leveling robot. The connecting support comprises a four-connecting-rod mechanism composed of a fixing frame, a driving frame, a main connectingrod and an auxiliary connecting rod. The main connecting rod is connected with the fixing frame through a revolute pair. The auxiliary connecting rod is connected with the fixing frame through a ballpair. The main connecting rod and the auxiliary connecting rod are connected with the driving frame through ball pairs respectively. In this way, the four-connecting-rod mechanism composed of the fixing frame, the driving frame, the main connecting rod and the auxiliary connecting rod can keep the motion characteristic of a parallelogram mechanism and has flexibility in space, the situation thata driving vehicle inclines leftwards and rightwards and consequently a ground treatment mechanism inclines leftwards and rightwards in a linkage mode is avoided, and therefore the construction effectof uniform treatment of a concrete ground is guaranteed, and the construction quality is ensured.
本发明提供了一种连接支架及地面整平机器人。其中,连接支架包括固定架、驱动架、主连杆和副连杆组成的四连杆机构主连杆与固定架通过转动副连接,副连杆与固定架通过球副连接,主连杆和副连杆分别与驱动架通过球副连接。这样一来,就可以使得固定架、驱动架、主连杆和副连杆组成四连杆机构即保持平行四边形机构的运动特性,又具有空间上的柔性,避免了驱动车左右倾斜而联动地面处理机构左右倾斜,从而保证了对混凝土地面均匀处理的施工效果,确保施工质量。
