The invention discloses a dual-pressure circulation sand silo sand accelerated dehydration method which comprises the following steps that a dual-pressure circulation sand silo sand accelerated dehydration structure is installed and comprises a steel floral tube, a branch tube and a main tube which are sequentially connected, and the main tube is connected with an air supply system and a water pumping system; a water suction pump is started, an air compressor is stopped, and water permeating into the steel floral tube is pumped away and drained under the negative pressure of the water suctionpump; the air compressor is started, the water suction pump is closed, external air is conveyed to the position of the steel floral tube through the main tube, and then a sand internal permeable channel is opened; and the two steps are circulated to realize dual-pressure circulation sand silo sand accelerated dehydration. The method is convenient to operate, and the water content of sand in a sandsilo is effectively controlled within a specified range.
本发明公开了一种双压循环砂仓砂料加速脱水方法,包括以下步骤:安装双压循环砂仓砂料加速脱水结构,包括依次连接的钢花管、支管和主管,所述主管分别连接供风系统和抽水系统;打开抽水泵,关闭空压机,将渗入钢花管内的水在抽水泵负向压力下抽除并排出;打开空压机,关闭抽水泵,将外部空气通过主管输送至钢花管位置,进而打开砂料内部透水通道;循环前述两个步骤,实现双压循环砂仓砂料加速脱水。本发明操作方便,有效将砂仓砂料的含水控制在规定的范围内。
