The asphalt mixture anti-stripping agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of slaked lime, 15-35 parts of petroleum resin, 2-8 parts of an amine anti-stripping component and 5-15 parts of a dispersing agent. According to the asphalt mixture anti-stripping agent, all the components cooperate with one another so that the asphalt mixture anti-stripping agent can be timely and effectively adhered to the surface of aggregate in the mixing and stirring process of the asphalt mixture anti-stripping agent and high-temperature aggregate, and the adhesion between acidic aggregate and asphalt is enhanced. The asphalt mixture is prepared by adopting a direct feeding process, the step of mixing and stirring with asphalt is omitted, the requirement on equipment is low, the use is simple and convenient, and the separation between the asphalt and the anti-stripping agent can be reduced and the adhesion is enhanced.
本发明涉及改性沥青技术领域，尤其涉及一种沥青混合料抗剥落剂及其制备方法与应用；所述沥青混合料抗剥落剂包括如下重量份的组分：消石灰50～70份、石油树脂15～35份、胺类抗剥落成分2～8份、分散剂5～15份。本发明所述的沥青混合料抗剥落剂通过各组分相互协同配合，能够在与高温集料混合搅拌过程中，及时有效的粘结于集料表面，增强酸性集料与沥青之间的粘附性。本发明所述的沥青混合料采用直投工艺制备，省去与沥青混合搅拌的步骤，对设备的要求低，使用简单方便，同时能够降低沥青与抗剥落剂之间的离析，增强粘附性。
